Now, unfortunately, it's not quite that easy because sometimes in a down cycle, an executive may have done a terrific job positioning their company, but for the most part, pay for performance is a core foundational issue. [During this time], the first step is making sure that everyone is safe. The second step is to focus on near term liquidity. And ultimately, once we get our people and our companies stabilized, it turns to Incentive Compensation... Bonus plans have been announced and it's difficult to change a plan, but we're going to have to change plans this year at many, if not at most, companies.”
