Lisa Edwards is President and COO of Diligent Corporation, the largest governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”) SaaS provider serving over 23,000 organizations around the globe. Lisa is responsible for commercial growth and performance. Prior to joining Diligent, she served as EVP of Strategic Business Operations at Salesforce. Lisa also held leadership positions at Visa, Inc. and KnowledgeX, and cofounded Valubond, prior to the company’s acquisition by Knight Capital.
Lisa received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on the Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company, and is deeply involved in two non-profits where she previously served on the board: Playworks and the Presidio YMCA.
Craig Clay is president of global capital markets for Donnelley Financial Solutions (NYSE: DFIN) with more than $600M in revenue, is a leading global risk and compliance solutions company.
Clay joined DFIN in 2016 to lead the company’s business strategy and support customer
and market growth worldwide.
Under his leadership, Clay was instrumental in transforming what was once a financial division of RR Donnelley into the leading regulatory and financial technology organization it is today.
Before joining DFIN in 1995, Clay was executive vice president of capital markets and global
sourcing, RR Donnelley.
He also served as leading financial analyst for American Eurocopter Corporation.
Clay is on the boards of the Data Foundation, a non-profit think tank based in D.C.
that seeks to improve government and society by using data, and the Data Coalition an initiative of the non-profit Data Foundation, a membership-based initiative that facilitates a strong national data community and advocates for responsible policies to make government data high-quality,
accessible, and usable.
He is also trustee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, the nation’s first and the city's largest youth mentoring organization.
He holds a Bachelor’s in business administration in finance and international business from Baylor University, Hankamer School of
Business, and a Master’s in business administration from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.
Nikki Parker is Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Communications at Insight Partners where she is responsible for articulating and amplifying the iconic firms leadership position in the industry and the unprecedented value it brings to their portfolio of software and technology companies. Nikki has extensive experience implementing integrated communications and marketing programs, as well as running strategy for businesses within every stage of their lifecycle, from startup to IPO.
