Kira Ciccarelli is the Senior Research & Programs Manager at Diligent Institute, the governance, risk and compliance think tank and thought leadership engine of Diligent. In this role, she leads and executes the development of high-impact research reports, thought leadership content, and innovative programs for the governance community. Kira oversees the Institute’s research and editorial agenda, ensuring the delivery of trend analysis, benchmarking surveys, and actionable insights that inform corporate board directors and C-suite executives.
Kira also serves as the lead producer for The Corporate Director Podcast, the premier governance podcast for board directors and business leaders.

Nicolette Grams
Partner, Conscient Strategies
Nicolette Grams is a Partner at Conscient Strategies and a seasoned strategy and transformation executive specializing in scaling organizations, advising boards, integrating leadership teams, and transforming operating models and cultures. With more than two decades of experience advising early-stage, PE-backed, and publicly traded companies across EMEA, APAC, North America, and LATAM, she helps organizations navigate complex growth, governance, and transformation challenges.
At Conscient Strategies, Nicolette leads the firm’s healthcare M&A and integration practice and established its EMEA operations. She has guided clients ranging from $5M to $12B through business model transformation, organizational diligence, M&A integration, risk mitigation, and IPO readiness. Her work spans health care, consumer goods, professional services, supply chain solutions, and global manufacturing.
As both a consultant and board leader, Nicolette partners with Boards, CEOs, and C-suite teams to strengthen governance, drive strategic clarity, build high-performing cultures, and manage organizational risk. Nicolette serves as Board Secretary and Treasurer of REACINSA, a global health technology organization focused on national digital health strategies and emerging technologies and was Board Chair of Counsel to Secure Justice. She also founded advisory firm Arvo Co and previously spearheaded the transformation of two rapidly growing social justice organizations while living in India.
