1. What is happening in January?
Product names are changing. To simplify and improve our customer experience we continue to consolidate our brand under the Diligent name. You will see these new names on your product and in the market effective early January.

5. Why is this happening now?
Earlier this year, Steele was acquired by Diligent, the global leader in SaaS governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Now that we have integrated our recent acquisitions --- Steele, Galvanize and Accuvio --- we are making some changes and enhancements to provide a more consistent Diligent customer experience across our portfolio of products.
