Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the work of boards and executive leadership teams. Diligent Institute research shows that 82% of surveyed board members are already using AI in their board work, yet 69% say their boards do not have formal guidelines for AI use in the boardroom. As adoption accelerates, the need for responsible, forward-looking governance has never been more urgent.

Diligent Institute and NYSE/ICE will convene a select group of corporate directors, C-suite executives, general counsel, corporate secretaries and governance thought leaders in London for an intimate working forum on the future of corporate governance in the AI age.

Through candid peer discussion and practical insight, and with a panel of expert speakers on AI in governance, participants will explore how AI is changing how companies make decisions, manage risk, create value and engage with stakeholders — and what boards must do now to govern effectively in this next era.

Participants can also help shape the blueprint report on the Future of Corporate Governance in the AI Era, either as a named contributor or anonymously under the Chatham House Rule. Named contributors will have their headshot and bio featured in the report, with the option to add a quote or brief commentary, and will be recognised as Diligent Institute Fellows, receiving a digital badge to display on their social media profiles. Contribution is entirely voluntary.
