Wendy David
Manager, Solution Engineering at Diligent
Wendy David transitioned over to Diligent’s Governance Advisory Group after managing customer relationships for more than 300 of our customers over the past 15 years. As a value-add to our customers, she provides guidance to legal teams, executives and board members on ways to maximize productivity and resolve pain points in their processes by taking advantage of Diligent’s Governance Cloud solutions for enterprise governance management. Wendy joined Diligent in 2004 as a principal member of the Americas Customer Success team, where she managed Boards implementations for many of the largest and most complex customer requirements. Outside of Diligent, Wendy is an avid runner and has completed two New York City marathons.

With over 25 years’ experience in the legal and corporate financing sector, Stephanie Benton is currently Senior Manager, Corporate Governance Lead at MN8 Energy LLC in New York. She has played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and reducing expenses. Stephanie is known for being the representative of the chairman's office and has mentored and trained numerous individuals.
Stephanie is a seasoned corporate governance professional with a proven track record of successfully managing a wide range of responsibilities in the field. With a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for compliance, Stephanie excels at preparing board meeting materials, production calendars, agendas, resolutions, committee reports, and minutes.
In addition to her expertise in board meeting preparation, Stephanie has lead work groups and collaborates with stakeholders during the annual update of the proxy statement and planning annual stockholder's meeting. When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys restoring vintage cast iron cookware and spending time with her husband, 3 children and their fur baby Ozzie in Connecticut.
