Vicky specializes in IPO transactions and has helped several UK and international companies successfully list on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Vicky has experience in managing company secretarial teams and understanding the complexities of managing the full suite of company secretarial duties having supported numerous clients in a fully outsourced capacity, including supporting corporate transactions. Highly experienced in interacting with senior stakeholders and in providing end-to-end board support and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ali is a corporate governance and activism specialist with close to 20 years’ experience. Ali started off as a research analyst at the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) in Washington DC. In 2009, Ali moved to London to work with Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) to cover the UK market as well as help set-up the contentious M&A/ Activism team to cover the UK and continental Europe. Ali has a dual undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the George Washington University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from CASS Business School.
