Wendy David

Wendy joined Diligent in 2004 and is widely recognized as a trailblazer in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) SaaS sector. Over the past two decades, she has provided strategic guidance to some of the world’s largest and most intricate organizations, emphasizing secure governance best practices and driving transformative change management.
In her current capacity, Wendy oversees Diligent’s Governance Solutions Engineering team for the Americas. Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and our Commercial teams, she empowers our solution engineering team to create innovative solutions that utilize our award-winning platform, enhancing and fortifying governance frameworks.
When not exceeding customer expectations, Wendy enjoys competing on the Peloton leaderboard or hitting the pavement for a run. Impressively, she has completed two back-to-back New York City marathons—one of which was dedicated to raising funds for New York’s Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.

James

ames is The Senior Training Manager for global client training at Diligent, specializing in Diligent Boards, Diligent Entities, DMI, and CGI products. With seven years of experience in adult education, James began his career in personal security and lone worker safety before transitioning to governance with Diligent in 2019. Over the past five years, he has trained over 5,000 users on Diligent’s software, gaining deep insights into the key needs of Diligent’s customers. James also co-hosts the quarterly "What’s New Webinars," which are broadcast to all Diligent’s Boards and Leadership Collaboration customers.
Outside of work, James is a passionate supporter of Rugby Union, having played during his school and college years. He remains active in the rugby community, collaborating with the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation, established by former player Doddie Weir, to raise awareness and funds for MND research. Currently, James is planning to walk the length of Hadrian’s Wall to support the charity.

Nithya B. Das

Das serves as the newly appointed GM of the Diligent‘s Governance business, overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of Diligent Boards.
Prior to this role, I served as Diligent’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer.
Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Diligent.
Nithya is responsible for leading Diligent’s global legal team and the Diligent Institute, the modern governance think tank and global research arm of Diligent Corporation.
Nithya also serves as a member of the board of directors and the compensation
committee at Outbrain Inc.
(Nasdaq: OB), a leading technology platform that drives business results by engaging people across the open internet.
Nithya was previously the chief operating and chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Olo (NYSE: OLO), an enterprise SaaS platform for
restaurants, where she led the company through an IPO and transformation to a multi-product platform company.
She served as the company’s founding general counsel and also oversaw its people and culture, strategy and operations, corporate development, partner ecosystem, and shared technology teams.
Prior to Olo, Nithya served as chief legal and people officer at AppNexus, an enterprise advertising technology platform, where she led the company from start-up to global enterprise platform including leading its IPO process and ultimate acquisition by AT&T.
Nithya previously served as an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP in the technology companies practice and was a founding contributor of Founder’s Workbench, the first online legal resource for the startup community.
Nithya is a recipient of the National
Organization for Women’s Women of Power and Influence Award, the American Bar Association’s Legal Rebel recognition, and a passionate advocate for women in leadership, DEIB, and ESG.
Additionally, Nithya was a founding member and former Executive Board member of TechGC.
Nithya holds a degree in Business Administration from the SC Honors College at USC and a J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
She lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband, two daughters, and her labradoodle.
