Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew
Froswa’ Booker-Drew, Ph.D., CFRE, is a Network Weaver who believes relationships are the key to our personal, professional, and organizational growth. She has been quoted/featured in Forbes, Ozy, Bustle, Huffington Post, Modern Luxury, and other media outlets around the globe. She has spoken to audiences around the world about the common thread of her life and research, social capital. As the President and CEO of Soulstice Consultancy, the company provides philanthropic guidance, community engagement strategies, leadership coaching and organizational culture support.
Booker-Drew is an adjunct faculty member in the Master of Public Administration programs at Point Loma Nazarene University and Tulane University. She was a research affiliate in the Leadership and Change program at Antioch University and has taught at the University of Texas at Arlington, the University of North Texas at Dallas, Capital Seminary, and Jarvis Christian College. Froswa' is the author of five books including the award-winning, Empowering Charity: A New Narrative of Philanthropy which has received the silver Nautilus Book Award and the gold Illumination Book Award. Her upcoming book, Front Porch Wisdom: Navigating Leadership Pressures and Barriers as a Woman of Color, was released in June 2025 by InterVarsity Press.
Dr. Froswa’ is the co-founder of HERitage Giving Circle, one of the first Black Women Giving Circles in the state of Texas, and co-founder of both Power in Action-Dallas and the South Dallas Employment Project, a collaborative of 140 organizations to address those impacted by incarceration. She is the recipient of several honors including the 2025 Spirit of SVP (Dallas Social Venture Partners), 2025 Making Democracy Work awardee by the League of Women Voters, 2024 Black Women Give Back Award, and 2023 Texas Women’s Foundation Maura Women Helping Women Awards. She serves on several boards including the Board of Governors for the Antioch University System, and as Co-Chair of the Board of For Oak Cliff. She is the mother of one adult daughter and has a rambunctious grandcat.

Katharine Earhart
Partner & Co-founder, Fairlight Advisors
Katharine Earhart is a Partner and Co-Founder with Fairlight Advisors, a women-owned asset management firm. She has over 30 years of experience in asset management and financial services, starting her career at Charles Schwab & Co, and then with one of the first Robo Advisors which was later acquired by Morningstar Advisors. She honed her institutional experience at Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock.
Fairlight advises and consults with Institutional clients such as Non-Profits including foundations and endowments and retirement plans on their asset allocation, investment selection and monitoring and spending policy needs.
Katharine has served on various nonprofit boards for the past 10 years as a Board Chair and volunteer fundraiser. She currently sits on two investment committees for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation and Futures Without Violence. In her spare time, she is involved in Angel Investing to promote more diversity on the cap table of companies which includes her role in an investor-led and volunteer Co-Managing Member with West Coast Angels Network (WeCAN).

Meghan Day
Senior Strategy & Operations Principal, Diligent
Meghan Day serves as Senior Strategy & Operations Principal within the Risk & Audit group at Diligent Corporation. A proud member of the Diligent team for more than 10 years, she is responsible for understanding local governance, risk and compliance trends to deliver market-leading solutions that drive transformational impact for organizations around the globe.
A self-proclaimed #governancegeek, she also co-hosts The Corporate Director Podcast, which features interviews with board members and governance experts from around the world. Meghan serves as an advisory board member for several National Association of Corporate Directors chapters and has presented at hundreds of events about the power of technology to enhance board governance.
Before joining Diligent, Meghan spent time in various marketing, communications and business development roles at GLG, Fast Company and Inc. magazines, and OMD. She is a proud alumna of Penn State, recipient of the 2008 Young Alumnus Award and served for 10 years as President of the NYC Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. Meghan also serves as a Board Member and Governance Chair for The Alice Paul Center for Gender Justice, which promotes gender equality through education and leadership development.
